Incredible Art – Macro Photography

I love making macro photography (photographing the small) as there is so much tiny beauty we miss. I’m very amateur, however, and there are masters out there (and people who actually know how to use a camera, unlike me :D)

I have long adored the works of Jenni77 over at Red Bubble. I particularly adore this particular calendar of hers – Water Fairies.

And, oh wow, beautiful shots of soap bubbles by Bogdan Chesaru. This is the kind of thing I would like to do 😀

Here are some interesting macro shots to give an idea of some of the subjects this art explores.

And because I’m unsure of copyright issues, here are some of my not-so-incredible attempts in this art, to brighten up this post.
